Bill is also President of CAB Exchange™, established in 2007. Similar to CRF, CAB Exchange Summit has become THE event for the professionals who run customer advisory boards, attracting CAB pros from top programs such as Hewlett-Packard, GE, Wells Fargo, Intel, Dell, Oracle, SAP, Honeywell, Microsoft, Red Hat, Sun Microsystems, Amdocs and many other global corporations.
Bill has has long experience working with customer programs for clients such as Lucent Technologies, Network Appliances, Hewlett Packard, IBM and other firms. Bill has written for a number of publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Executive Excellence, Management Review and Organizational Dynamics and is the author of Mavericks in the Workplace, published by Oxford University Press.
